Seller accounts submit listings for admin approval. TCG singles require actual front and back photos, exact card/set/number and condition. Sealed products and graded cards use fields appropriate to their listing type.
After approval, listings become visible during the scheduled Friday-to-Sunday window. Payout requests will require at least R1,000 in cleared eligible earnings and must request the full balance.
This form is a demonstration only. Do not enter personal information, banking details or upload photographs here. Registration, approvals, secure payout details and live claims require the private backend.

To sell through the Community Marketplace, you must register for a private seller account and be approved by LINKIT. Seller accounts, applications and approved listing submissions are now available. Real payment processing and banking details are not enabled.
01 • Create seller accountEmail verification, password setup, private seller profile, contact details and agreement to seller terms.
02 • LINKIT approvalApplication stays pending until approved by Admin; registration notification goes to the LINKIT owner.
03 • Private seller dashboardManage listings, submit actual-item photos, see sales and cleared earnings, and request full-balance payouts when eligible.
Seller registration requirements
Account securityVerified email, password recovery, consent and an account accessible only to the seller.
Personal detailsLegal name, contact information, seller profile and required identification/verification.
Application statusPending → Approved or Rejected; admin receives a new application notification.
Private banking detailsEncrypted, access-controlled backend only. Never saved in the public website or ordinary email.

Seller listing requirements
TCG singlesCard name, set/number/variant, language, condition, price and clear actual front/back photos.
Graded cardsGrade, grading company, certificate reference, exact card and actual slab images.
Sealed productsTCG brand, set, edition, sealed condition, language and actual item photos.
Collectibles / FunkoCorrect category, product identity, condition, actual images and price.
Every listing remains unpublished until approved by LINKIT Admin; sellers cannot designate LINKIT-owned stock.
Approved payout rules
Minimum R1,000Eligible cleared seller earnings must reach R1,000 before a request becomes available.
Entire balance onlyThe payout request reserves 100% of eligible cleared funds; partial requests are not allowed.
One pending requestNo duplicate concurrent request; newly cleared earnings accumulate separately.
Admin EFT processVerify secure bank details, approve, mark paid, record EFT reference and notify seller.
Not active yet: Register a verified seller account and wait for LINKIT approval before submitting listings. Payments, customer claims, banking details and seller payouts are not enabled yet.

This roadmap is not a claim that the modules are functional. AWS now supports verified seller accounts and Admin-approved listings, but does not process orders or sync physical shop inventory.
