Two-Shop Inventory
The live product editor currently stores staging quantities. Two physical shop POS synchronization, stock transfer controls and per-location reservations are not connected yet. Do not use these figures as a real warehouse source of truth.Customer Management

Safety and launch gates
Before customer checkout can go live we still require stored orders and stock reservations, Ozow signed webhook verification with idempotency, Bob Go checkout rules, saved product measurements, verified shipping paid upfront for preorders, and paid-stock-only waybill actions. The test page cannot enable or bypass those gates.
Gamma Funko Stock Sync Checking AWS
Private LINKIT supplier integration. Funko only. Supplier details and ex-VAT costs stay in Admin.
The first cloud login test must succeed. Supplier products stay unpublished during setup.
Sync Now starts an AWS job and shows its status. A full 1,378-product run can take time and may incur AWS charges. Failed or stale supplier stock never becomes sellable here.
Funko pricing
Selling price = Gamma wholesale cost (ex VAT) × (1 + Funko markup %) × 1.15 VAT. No retail prices become customer-visible until reviewed.
Changing markup applies on the next verified supplier sync. Supplier and LINKIT-owned quantities are separate.

Latest Arrivals → Regular Pop! → Jumbo → Bitty Pop! → Specialty. All supplier records, displayed 30 per page. This is NOT the public website.

Supplier stock and checkout safeguards
0–2 units: hidden. 3–4: Limited Stock. 5+: In Stock with Supplier. ETA: 3–5 days after availability verification. Unverified or stale inventory remains unavailable.
Customer checkout and public supplier-product publication remain disabled until individual approval, product images, shipping measurements and the required immediate pre-payment stock/price check are operational. A successful sync does not reserve stock at Gamma.
Settings, Staff & Audit
Login: AWS Cognito with a private LINKIT Admin group. Staff additions are controlled by authorised AWS administrators during this phase. All product and Marketplace writes generate audit entries.
